Warranty Policy

In order to protect your rights and interests, please read the following Warranty Policy carefully.

  1. What is covered
    The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for the RC Logger camera series, dual balancing charger, add-on modules, digital pitch gauge series,RC EYE multi-rotor series and the SOCAM UltiMate series. Packaging of the products, various cables, software and other accessories are not covered in this policy. The maximum liability of RC Logger is less than or equal to the purchase price of the product and excludes delivery costs.We warrant that the description and/or specification of all goods sold by us will not be materially different from those as published on our website and is free from material and manufacturing defect. Other than the above and any other warranty implied by law, no other warranty is given or is deemed to have been given by us to you.
  2. Warranty period
    Unless a different warranty period is stated in the operating instructions provided with your RC Logger and SOCAM product, for a period of 60 days for any multi-rotor Rft and Arf version and 90 days for any other RC Logger and SOCAM products not excluded in paragraph 1. from the date of online or retail purchase at RCLogger.Com by the original end-use purchaser, RC Logger warrants that this product, when delivered to you in new condition, in original packaging, either from RC Logger directly or from a RC Logger authorized partner and used in normal and intended conditions, is free from any defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship.
  3. What is not covered
    Damage resulting from irregular, not intended use of the product, accidents, or weather conditions is not covered in this policy. RC Logger assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of RC Logger and SOCAM products. RC Logger is not responsible for damages occurred during shipment.Please make sure that the RC Logger and SOCAM products is stored in a safe and dry environment otherwise RC Logger will not take the responsibility for the product failure. Please also make sure to read the product operating instructions and pay attention to safety instructions as well as the intended use before using the product. Replacement of products damaged through defective units from RC Logger, RC Logger does not refund in any condition. If the return is discontinued, RC Logger will replace it with an equivalent product.Any warranty service made by the distributor is beyond RC Logger’s warranty policy, RC Logger should not be held liable. Please obtain documents during purchase in order to be honored by the distributor.

Replacement Procedure

If you purchased a defective product directly from RCLogger.com please follow the procedure mentioned below. If your product has a manufacturing defect or differs from the description and specification as published on our website, it can be returned by following the below procedure. Any products damaged due to reasons not covered under the above Warranty and Replacement Policy will not be accepted for replacement.

Requests that do not qualify for warranty coverage will not be replaced. It is vital that you communicate with the RC Logger Support Team, before sending in your return.

  1. If your product is purchased from our listed distributor, please contact our distribution partner directly.
  2. Any warranty service made by the distributor is beyond the warranty policy, RC Logger should not be held liable. Please obtain documents during purchase in order to be honored by the distributor.
